It all started with a simple idea: cake can be both beautiful and deeply personal. Inspired by flowers, texture, and emotion, I create designs meant to be remembered not just photographed.

I’m Ana, born in Venezuela, trained at Le Cordon Bleu, and currently baking between Madrid and wherever love (or cake) takes me.
My kitchen journey began thanks to my mom — baking was her hobby, and helping her became our way of sharing time and love. She taught me the basics, but the spark stayed with me.
In 2017, I moved to Madrid to study pastry professionally, and what started as a childhood ritual became my path. In 2023, I left my job to finally build this dream with both hands and a full heart.
Today, I create cakes that carry all of that: flavor, memory, and beauty. Thank you for being here — I can’t wait to bake something beautiful for you.
